Part Time Administrative Assistant:

Position Responsibilities:

  • Answering Phone
  • Managing incoming emails
  • Data Entry
  • Greeting Customers
  • Field questions about lessons and gear
  • Filing Invoices
  • Assist with customer scheduling of school lessons
  • Assisting Operations Dept. with various task & projects
  • Make follow up calls to customers as needed
  • Assisting with Social Media task
  • Assist with scheduling Instructors
  • Assist with incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Process repairs and warranty claims
  • Assist with inventory count
  • Maintain cleanliness of facility
  • Assist with sales

Job Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years administrative experience
  • Phone experience
  • Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Working with Social media & Google Office system
  • Able to work independently
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communications skills
  • Strong customer service skills

Schedule: This is a part-time position with estimated 10-20 hours per week.
